Metro60 has rebranded to Milkrun powered by Metro. So what does that mean for existing Metro60 customers? Everything you loved about Metro60 will remain unchanged (except the name and a new colour scheme). You’ll still be able to enjoy super fast delivery of a 10,000+ range of grocery items, thousands of weekly specials, no service fee, a flat $5 delivery fee and an average delivery time of a cool 33 minutes.

It's simple. Just download the MILKRUN app and tap tap tap your way around until you've filled your cart with whatever your heart desires. Hit order and our pickers and packers will pick and pack it before handing it over to a delivery partner who delivers it in minutes.

We sell a 10,000 strong range of products from brands you love with 1000s of weekly specials and exclusive MILKRUN deals. We add a small $5 delivery fee to ensure we can continue to provide the best, fastest possible experience to our customers.

Where does MILKRUN deliver?

Right now, we’re available in 500+ selected suburbs across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra and Newcastle. Check our suburb list to see if we deliver to you. But if not, don't stress because we're expanding fast and will be adding new suburbs every week so keep your eyes peeled.

Can I collect Everyday Rewards points on MILKRUN?

Yes you can! Download the MILKRUN app. Once you're in, you’ll see a bright orange circle, you can't miss it, with a prompt to link your card. Give it a tap, but be gentle. Soon you'll be on your way to collecting points on every MILKRUN shop.

How do you deliver so quickly?

MILKRUN delivers your groceries in minutes with the help of some technological and people-power magic. Thanks to our dedicated team, vast network of Woolworths and Metro stores, we're able to pick, pack and deliver groceries to your door fast. How fast? We're talking a speedy average of 33.45 minutes. And it's all supported by our on-demand grocery app that we've built for speed, ease and efficiency.

How do I track my MILKRUN order?

It's easy. The MILKRUN app has live picking and live tracking so you can know where your order is at all times.  Once your order is picked and packed, you can follow the tiny blue car on the map as it makes its way to you. We'll also notify you if there are any important updates, just make sure your notifications are on.

What are MILKRUN's opening hours?

It depends on your location. Tap the app. Enter your address and MILKRUN's opening hours will be at the top of the homepage. If it's outside opening hours, you can still browse and drop some goodies in your cart ready for checkout in the morning.  If you want to talk to one of our lovely humans, you can from 7AM - 9PM, 7 days a week.

Can I return an item?

MILKRUN does not provide refunds for change of mind. If your item is not fresh, contact us and we'll help you right away. If you have purchased additional items that you no longer want or require, maybe there's a neighbour you can share them with?

Can I opt out of substitutions?

Of course. When you review your MILKRUN order on the Checkout page, you can toggle off the 'Allow Substitutions' switch.

What is the Fresh or Free Guarantee?

The Woolworths Fresh or Free Guarantee means that we will refund the value paid or provide a voucher for any fresh food you are unsatisfied with. 'Fresh food' includes any unpackaged products from our Fresh departments and any packaged items marked with the Fresh or Free symbol. Some exclusions apply. Get in touch with us if you have any questions. You may be required to provide extra details/information, including but not limited to images of products, etc, regarding unsatisfactory products in order to be eligible for the Fresh or Free Guarantee.

Can I have the order left at my door?

Yes! During checkout, choose the option 'Leave at door.' Once it's left at your door, you can always check the Proof of Delivery image to see exactly where it's been left. Oh, and if you've got notifications on, we'll send you one telling you that you delivery has been made.

Will you still be selling liquor?

Milky won’t be bringing for a little while. But we’ll let you know as soon as our alcohol delivery service is back.
