It's simple. Just download the MILKRUN app (or use the website, whatever floats your boat) and make your way around until you've filled your cart with whatever your heart desires. Hit order and our pickers and packers will pick and pack it before handing it over to a delivery partner who delivers it in minutes.
We sell a 10,000 strong range of products from brands you love with 1000s of weekly specials and exclusive MILKRUN deals. We add a small $5 delivery fee to ensure we can continue to provide the best, fastest possible experience to our customers.
Cash? That colourful plastic stuff? Unfortunately, not. The only way to pay for your order is through the MILKRUN App using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Credit Card.
Right now, we’re available in 500+ selected suburbs across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Perth, Launceston and Hobart. Check our suburb delivery list to see if we deliver to you. But if not, don't stress because we're expanding fast and will be adding new suburbs every week so keep your eyes peeled.

MILKRUN delivers your groceries in minutes with a combo of tech geniusness and people-power magic. Thanks to our dedicated team, vast network of Woolworths and Metro stores, we're able to pick, pack and deliver groceries to your door fast. How fast? We're talking a speedy average of 33.45 minutes. Pretty speedy, right?
It's easy. MILKRUN has live picking and live tracking so you can know where your order is at all times. Once your order is picked and packed, you can follow the tiny blue car on the map as it makes its way to you!
For all missing, damaged and incorrect items, contact us via the chat in the app or on the website, or reach out to help@milkrun.com and we'll get it sorted. If you've allowed substitutions, our pickers will find a replacement item for something that's out of stock. Sometimes it might miss the mark. If that's the case, let's talk and get this resolved for you.
It depends on your location! Once you enter your address, the MILKRUN opening hours will be at the top of the page. If it's outside opening hours, you can still browse and drop some goodies in your cart ready for checkout in the morning. If you want to talk to one of our lovely humans, you can from 7AM - 9PM, 7 days a week.
MILKRUN does not provide refunds for change of mind. If your item is not fresh, contact us and we'll help you right away. If you have purchased additional items that you no longer want or require, maybe there's a neighbour you can share them with?
Of course. When you review your MILKRUN order on the Checkout page, you can toggle off the "Allow Substitutions" switch.
We love a good voucher. If you're lucky enough to have one, simply enter the code at checkout. Any issues, contact us and we'll get it sorted.
Nope. We want you to do whatever it is you want to do with the free time you now have. All orders placed with MILKRUN will be delivered straight to your door. We are all about convenience. Sit back, relax, and let us bring you everything you need!
Our promise is to get you groceries and more in minutes. MILKRUN deliveries cannot be scheduled for a later time or future date. This allows us to always have up-to-date information on what products are in stock and offer our customers the most convenient way to get groceries delivered.
It's as simple as clicking the address at the top of the homepage and enter a new one. You can also do this from your cart and when you checkout! If your order is on the way to the wrong address contact us and we'll work our hardest to get it sorted for you. We may however have to cancel your order.
If you're not home, your order will be returned to the store. So when we knock, don't leave us hanging!
Yes! During checkout, choose the option "Leave at door." Once it's left at your door, you can always check the Proof of Delivery image to see exactly where it's been left. Oh, and if you've got notifications on, we'll send you one telling you that you delivery has been made.
Yes, you have the option to redeem your Everyday Rewards dollars when you checkout online for an Eligible Shop.
Everyday Rewards dollars can be redeemed in multiples of $10 only. To redeem your Everyday Rewards dollars, you must meet MILKRUN order minimum spend. You won't automatically enjoy money off your shop, so keep an eye out for the prompt at checkout.

Yes we do! Now that Jimmy Brings has moved to MILKRUN, you can shop a range of almost 2,000 liquor products; delivered to your door in minutes. Check the app or the website to see if you can order. The easiest way to do it? Just add in your address, and if you see the "alcohol" tab at the top, you can order drinks! If we don't currently delivery alcohol do your location, don't worry - we're working on expanding our locations ASAP!
Yes! We aim to deliver your drinks, ice cream, frozen pizza (all the cold things), straight from the fridge to your door! Perks of quick delivery. 😉
While we understand this restriction can be a bit frustrating, please understand that it has been a policy we have had to implement to help us better ensure that we are taking the necessary precautions to serve alcohol responsibly. Our benchmark is based on order frequency and number of standard drinks.

As part of our ongoing commitment to responsible service of alcohol, ensuring we do not deliver to recipients who are underage, your delivery driver will ask to review and capture the identification of anyone receiving an order containing alcohol.
MILKRUN and Jimmy Brings take Responsible Service of Alcohol very seriously. Delivery drivers will ask to see your driver's licence to make sure you're of age. Our drivers are unable to deliver to anyone who is intoxicated, and cannot deliver outside of operating hours. These are all in compliance with licensing laws.

Any codes still in you Voucher Vault or provided by Jimmy Brings will not be valid on MILKRUN.
Jimmy Brings loyalty program ended on the 17th September 2024. As it stands, the program will not be continued. But stay tuned as MILKRUN have some fun things planned!

Some stores will have updated operating hours. When you are shopping, you will be able to see your store's trading hours.
If you wish to exclude yourself from alcohol, simply log in to your MILKRUN account and head to your "My Account" page. In the app this is accessed by clicking the circle in the top right with the letter from your first name in it, on website click the the text beginning with "Hi" in the header.
For some stores, your groceries and alcohol stores are not nextdoor to each other, so the driver can't pick up both at once. If this is the case, you will be asked to replace your cart when you try to add products from the other category. Don't worry though! You can still get your groceries and alcohol delivered - they will just have to be in separate orders.

The Woolworths Fresh or Free Guarantee means that we will refund the value paid or provide a voucher for any fresh food you are unsatisfied with. 'Fresh food' includes any unpackaged products from our Fresh departments and any packaged items marked with the Fresh or Free symbol. Some exclusions apply. Get in touch with us if you have any questions. You may be required to provide extra details/information, including but not limited to images of products, etc, regarding unsatisfactory products in order to be eligible for the Fresh or Free Guarantee.
To help protect fresh produce from damaging insects such as fruit fly, some fruits and vegetables have been treated using x-ray or gamma ray.

We have a soft spot for mother nature. And we’re focused on taking practical steps to help reduce our impact. At the moment, we’re offsetting the carbon emissions created during the delivery of MILKRUN grocery orders from our place to yours. A carbon offset is a reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gases made in order to compensate for - offset - an emission made elsewhere. We’re doing this by partnering with a leading offset provider, TEM, on an Australian project that supports native forest regeneration and sustainable agricultural practices in South-West Queensland. This project rehabilitates vegetation in areas that have historically been cleared, improves soil quality and restores essential habitat for native wildlife.
