Directions

1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer.
2. When frozen cut open one end with clean scissors.
3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end.
4. Suck small amounts until consumed.

Hydralyte Ice Blocks may be consumed unfrozen, however, Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more convenient as a drink.

Recommended dosage: 1 x Ice block every 60 mins
Max. Ice Blocks per day: 16


Age: 1-3 years
Recommended dosage: 1 x Ice block every 60 mins
Max. Ice Blocks per day: 24

Age: 3-6 years
Recommended dosage: 1 x Ice block every 60 mins
Max. Ice Blocks per day: 32

Age: 6-12 years
Recommended dosage: 2 x Ice block every 60 mins
Max. Ice Blocks per day: 43

Age: 12- Adult years
Recommended dosage: 3 x Ice block every 60 mins
Max. Ice Blocks per day: 64

For dehydration due to other causes:
Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration.
Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.
